Order Form for Greeting Cards From Haiti

Parishioners of the Immaculate Conception Church in Milot, Haiti create these colorful hand-embroidered greeting cards. Cards of the Madonna and Dove (shown above in top row) are made from the bark of the banana tree. This home industry provides financial assistance to nearly 100 parish families and is supported by the CRUDEM Foundation (Center for Rural Development of Haiti), a Malta Work.

Cards are available in sets of 10 and 25. Each set contains an assortment of themes. The cards are blank inside.

Members of the Order of Malta may order these unique cards by submitting the information below. The suggested cost is $2.00 per card. Checks should be made payable to CRUDEM. Your order will be acknowledged by e-mail and will include instructions for mailing your payment.
